Made of Miles is operated by TeZa Studio LLC, a company registered in the United States. You can reach a human at hello@madeofmiles.com — we answer every email.

The digital product is a high-resolution PNG file (300 DPI) of a poster generated from the GPS route you provide. It is delivered by email after payment is confirmed.

The file is licensed to you for personal use: print it as many times as you like, for yourself or as a gift. You may not resell the file or use it commercially without our written permission.

The fine art print is a poster of your route on Hahnemühle fine art paper (310 gsm, museum-grade giclée), printed at the lab nearest you, shipped express in a rigid tube with tracking. It includes the HD digital file. Framed prints are not on sale yet.

Every print shows an estimated delivery window before you pay. That window is calculated from your shipping country and already includes production, transit and a two-day buffer. It is the same window repeated in your confirmation email — we never quote you one date and email another.

United Kingdom: 4–8 business days · order treated as lost after 5 business days.

United States: 7–11 business days · order treated as lost after 10 business days.

EU · Switzerland · Norway: 7–12 business days · order treated as lost after 15 business days.

Rest of the world: 12–20 business days · order treated as lost after 28 business days.

All figures are business days: weekends and public holidays don't count. Orders placed after 14:00 UTC start counting from the next business day.

If your order passes the lost-order threshold for your zone, write to us and we reprint and reship at no cost — you don't need to prove anything. If you'd rather have your money back, we refund in full instead.

If the file doesn't arrive, arrives corrupted, or doesn't match the design you approved, email us and we will fix it or refund you in full — no questions, no time limit for these cases.

Because the file is generated to your specification and delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind after delivery. If you're unhappy with the result, write to us anyway: we'd rather solve it than keep your money.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Your GPX file is processed to generate the poster and is not stored on our servers — it stays in your browser. We never sell or share your route data.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe provides us with your email address to deliver the file.

If you connect Strava, we use a temporary token to read your activities so you can pick one. The token expires within hours and we store no Strava data.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and understand which steps people complete, and the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. You can opt out with any standard ad or tracking blocker.

Photographs and videos used across this site are either licensed stock, our own material, or illustrative artwork created for the brand. Poster mockups shown in marketing are illustrations of the product, not photographs of specific customer orders.

Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License.

We provide the file as described. We are not responsible for how a third-party print shop reproduces it, or for GPS inaccuracies in the data your device recorded.
