    My absolute favorite thing about Chase Ultimate Rewards is the ability to transfer points to one of their airline or hotel partners. There are 13 partners in total, with 9 airlines and 4 hotel groups offering their services — all transferring at a rate of 1:1 (pretty incredible!). In other words, if you wanted to make an award redemption at Hyatt for say 10,000 points, it would cost you 10,000 Ultimate Rewards just the same.     Last week I wrote about the things I look for when booking a hotel (for personal travel). Out of all the things that hotels offer on the surface, there is so much more if you dig a bit deeper. Being a classic millenial, I think that I deserve the finer things in life — and what that means is upgrades to First Class on planes, and upgrades to suites at hotels.
